President of Operations
President of Student Life
Hello! Our names are Maddie Woods and Caitlyn Aenis and we are so excited to be the presidents of Stage Right Ministry this year. We have collectively been on the board for over three years now; although Caitlyn has only been with Stage Right for two seasons, Maddie has been here since the beginning. This ministry means the world to each of us and we are so excited to be serving in these roles this year. Stage Right is a place for students of a variety of ages to showcase and improve their God-given talents. Our mission statement is to:
"inspire, disciple, and enable our youth, to share their spiritual gifts through music and theatre, so that they may lead themselves and others into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.” In everything we do, we encourage our students to become stronger leaders in their community; but to truly be a strong leader, we have to first be strong followers of Christ. A lot of what we do has to do with our performances, but we are a ministry first and giving back, as Christ taught us, is the most important thing to us. We're blessed to be able to work with so many amazing organizations, including our home base, Trietsch Memorial United Methodist Church, to spread the love of God and make our community a better place.
Since it’s genesis in 2015 with seven members, Stage Right Ministry has grown tremendously with now well over a hundred members. Stage Right has truly become a second family for so many of our members over time, but we also strive to create a welcoming environment for newcomers. We always encourage our students to get to know everyone in the ministry; we always love seeing the bonds formed between so many of our members and the tight knit community they create. We believe that Stage Right is a place for students to be themselves and feel comfortable with the people that surround them.
As the presidents, it is our job to serve our ministry as a whole in the best ways we can. We are extremely thankful to have a great team of student board members behind us who help to make so much of this happen. The student board is composed of a diverse group of perspectives that we truly feel represent our ministry well and who are completely devoted to doing all they can to make this ministry even more amazing, and then they take it even farther. We are so proud of the work they do and the passion and persistence that each of them have because of how much Stage Right means to them.
This upcoming year is going to a full year for Stage Right and we cannot wait to share all that we have planned with you. For the first time ever, Stage Right will be performing four shows in one season which means even more opportunities for students to get involved. In addition to our shows, we host many more events, such as workshops and holiday parties, and participate in a variety of service projects throughout the year. Pretty much what we’re saying is that if you want to get involved in Stage Right, you have many opportunities to and we would love to have you! All of the information you will need, ranging from audition information to Christmas party information, will be posted on this website and our social media accounts, so be sure to follow us and check the website every so often so you don’t miss out! We can’t wait for another great year of Stage Right Ministry!

We want everyone at Stage Right to feel like family, and know that they're at home when they are with us. That being said, we are in charge of making sure that every student has a memorable experience both in and outside of show season. Stage Right is a year round family, and we aim to make it feel that way. Want to come into Stage Right but don't know anyone? This team will be the first ones for you to talk to, and they will be the ones that show you around and welcome you into our family!
